TTG

Stands for “Through The Glasses”. I was in Sweetwater, TN watching the solar eclipse and caught this girl trying to take an iPhone picture of the sun through her eclipse glasses. I have a feeling it didn’t work too well. But hey, it was worth a try. Greg Betza 2017

I was drawing in Memphis…

…at a dive bar/restaurant (if you can call what I ate food 😬) on the famous Beale street. I particularly enjoyed this bass player’s body language. Memphis is a strange town, a little stuck in time. Costumed

Here is a drawing I made during one of the more interesting sketch nights at the Society of Illustrators. You never know what amazing fashion or costumes the models will emerge wearing. Here are a few more drawings from that evening: http://www.gregbetza.com/vanity/ Greg Betza ©2017

Installation

Yesterday I had a pool installed in my backyard. Quite the interesting process to observe and draw. Here are the three workers unrolling and securing the walls of the pool. It’s easy to see that they’ve done this dance many times before. Greg Betza ©2017
